Continued education in crisis communications and public affairs is essential for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving field of public safety.

I've committed to this by completing various training courses including:

FBI-LEEDA Media and Public Relations Master Public Information Officer training, IACLEA's Crisis Communication Strategies for Mass Demonstrations on Campus, Police Social Media Academy's 1st Amendment & Legal Issues with Mark Weaver course, and the Orange County Sheriff's Department Effective Law Enforcement Communications training, among others.

I'm an active member of the Public Safety PIO Women's group and the Orange County Law Enforcement PIO group, where I collaborates with peers to enhance my skills and knowledge.
